This 90-minute webinar will focus on effective approaches, techniques and considerations to undertake when deciding to engage with another party in a transaction, financial or otherwise, or in any activity.  There have been numerous instances of entities or persons who have blindly entered into relationships with others without fully recognizing or analysing the considerations that might have prevented problems later on in the relationship.  

The webinar will largely concern entering into a business-type contractual relationship, but the factors and elements to be taken into account could easily be applied in other situations, such as onboarding of clients, customer or employees, even in personal relationships.
